Warranty
Congratulations on your purchase and thank you for choosing us. Please read the warranty terms below carefully. In case of loss of the warranty card, the service is paid!
Note! The warranty period for each item is specified in the Shop section.
The warranty does not apply to:
· If the product has visual or mechanical damage, or a defect.
· In case of violation of operating rules.
· In case of repairs carried out by not an employee of Outdoor Systems.
· If the warranty card is changed.
· If the damage caused by voltage failure
· If the serial number is not visible on the product
· If the seal is damaged or loose.
Product is replaced in the following cases:
· If the product cannot be repaired within 30 days.
· The value of defective products is determined by the current price.
· If the product is subject to change and Outdoor Systems LTD does not have identical model in stock an alternative, but as close as possible model will be offered and replaced.
